BioI am an artist (beads and other mixed media) and former comic book letterer. The books I most liked working on were Sam & Max(by Steve Purcell, way before the game), Gumby (art by Arthur Adams), and Jim Silke's Bettie Page Adventures, but I've also lettered various cool manga and super hero comics over the years. On Christmas Day, 2004, we fled San Francisco, CA, and now live in the Mysterious Fifth Quadrant of Portland, OR. I love to sit out on my front porch and play my ukulele. I'm happiest when I'm working on art of some kind, in a warm, well lit space, or spending time with my cats and/or husband. If there is anime or kaiju playing, I'm there. I NEVER miss the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival. I am also a GREAT fan of local pro wrestling. We go out to the local PDX Wrestling at the big St. Johns Sports Arena near our home in the 5th Quadrant. It's not as deluxe (HA!) as the late, lamented Portland Wrestling, but features some of the same wrestlers and does NOT disappoint. Apparently, sadly, PDX Wrestling is no more. Lately, I've taken up knitting and free-form crochet. I'm loving nordic walking. My favorite hobby, however, is sleeping.
